With over 20 years of experience in the residential individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within the IDD field, Nalesha has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of this population.

Currently serving as the Director of IHomecare Solutions, Nalesha brings her wealth of experience and expertise to lead the team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with IDs. Her compassionate approach and commitment to empowering individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives make her a trusted and respected leader within the organization.
